The breakfast at Livia Garden was a culinary delight, featuring fresh, quality ingredients delivered right to our table—not a buffet in sight! We also loved the serene garden and the beautifully maintained property that made our stay extra special.
Honestly, the only downside was that we didn't have the time to extend our stay at this gem of a hotel and its wonderful host.

well-appointed family room, covered patio ambiance, cozy garden setting
Yard work was happening too late and too early!!! WiFi and TV could use major upgrades!!! Dinner options are non-existent, which is surprising for a longer stay!!!

where do I even begin? the bathroom light is so loud it could wake the dead, and good luck getting breakfast before 8:00 a.m. if you want to see Ephesus. i expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a smile more than once! i almost thought to leave a good review, but just couldn't.
